As we all begin to return to a sense of normal, we are faced as a community with the daunting task of repairing and rebuilding our community. Desert Valleys is working closely with credit unions nationwide to raise funds toward the rebuilding effort. We hope to have $50,000 or more in grants to support the community. We will begin accepting grant requests July 29th and application for rebuilding grants will be considered for an active member of ANY credit union. Grant request limits will be set at a future date based on the total funds collected. Updates to the process will be added to this page in the coming days.
Additionally, Desert Valleys will be acting as the community fundraising center. All donations will be handled by the Desert Valleys Employee Foundation , a 501c3 corporation, and are fully tax deductible. These funds will also be disbursed based on a grant application. We are working with the city to create the process and will announce more news through this page in the future.
